1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ah66 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise using the ah66 Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

ah66 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the ah66 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations;
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players;
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ah66 or any of its affiliated companies;
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ah66 Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address . You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ah66 Platform. If ah66 detects that a single individual has registered multiple accounts, all such accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be voided.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ah66 account. This includes all bets placed, transactions made, and communications sent through your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

• You must keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential at all times;
• You must not share your account access with any other person, including family members;
• You must not allow any third party to use your account to place bets or conduct transactions;
• You must notify ah66 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure when accessing the Platform.

ah66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, ah66 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ah66 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within your account dashboard;
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change;
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation. ah66 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors;
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). ah66 reserves the right to request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours on business days;
• ah66 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ah66 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly;
• ah66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ah66 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• All slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generators to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes;
• Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios and are subject to the rules displayed at the table;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, ah66 will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. If a game round cannot be completed, the bet may be voided and the stake returned;
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results from the relevant governing body. ah66 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result is in dispute;
• ah66 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing error or system fault.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ah66 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the ah66 Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ah66 Platform — including but not limited to the ah66 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ah66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ah66.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

ah66 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience. ah66 will not sell your personal data to third parties. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ah66 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processor errors;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform for any reason;
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ah66 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

11 Responsible Gaming

ah66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial or personal difficulties, we encourage you to use the tools available within your account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period;

12 Suspension & Termination

• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
• You fail to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority;
• You request self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ah66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ah66 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ah66 Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ah66 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ah66 support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ah66 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within 30 calendar days of receipt.
